Returns & Exchanges

At Starface, we want you to love your skin and your stickers; if you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all skincare liquids and used patches must remain in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and within the 30-day delivery window to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original Starface yellow packaging or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
