How do Hydro-Stars actually work?
Our patches are made of 100% hydrocolloid, a material that is clinically proven to absorb fluid and help reduce inflammation to shrink pimples overnight. They also act as a protective shield from outside bacteria and prevent you from picking at your skin.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your stars' journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your results. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items.
Are Starface products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and Leaping Bunny certified. We never test on animals and ensure our ingredients meet the highest ethical standards.
